Physical fitness is important in modern-day retailing, as running a successful business involves constant movement and interaction with customers. Being in good physical and mental health, as well as being resilient when faced with challenges, is key to managing the demands of the business.
Does Focus Organic provide assistance with the shop fit for franchisees?
While the outline design of the store is provided as a template, the actual shop fit is the responsibility of the franchisee. We can recommend trusted professionals to help franchisees with the process of fitting out their retail space to match the concept and specifications provided by Focus Organic.
Is Focus Organic responsible for supplying stock to franchisees?
No, all Focus Organic franchisees will receive their stock directly from our network of approved producers and suppliers. Further details on supply logistics will be provided during the training phase.
Will Focus Organic provide guidance on pricing strategies?
Yes, we provide all franchisees with a comprehensive pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness in the market. We will also work with you to tailor pricing to your specific location and target market.
Is training included in the initial franchise fee?
Yes, training is included in the initial franchise package fee. Induction training is provided by Focus Organic, however, franchisees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Additionally, franchisees will receive a franchise operations manual as part of the agreement.
Can franchisees sell their Focus Organic business in the future?
Yes, franchisees have the option to sell their business in the future with approval from Focus Organic. The profitability of the business will impact its value when being sold, so maximizing profits can increase the resale value.
How long does the franchise agreement last for?
Our franchise agreement is for an initial term of 5 years with an automatic right to renew contained within the renewal agreement. If you join us as a franchisee, we hope that you (and/or your family members) will still be with us after 40 years.
