Fresh Food
We supply an extensive range of fresh organic groceries, including locally sourced produce, fruit and vegetables,
award-winning organic meats and cheeses and organic dairy produce.
Our Bread
Many a fine dish has been complimented by some great artisan bread. Our organic bread comes from our local Metfield Bakery.
This range includes gluten free, yeast free, spelt, rye, rice, kamut and their traditional cottage loaf.
Wines/Alcoholic Beverages
We offer a wide selection of organic, biodynamic and fairtrade wines, beers and
spirits, ranging from Albarino wines from Galicia to Suffolk's finest ciders
from Aspall's...and if you're after something stronger we also have some very
agreeable organic sloe gin...
Drinks
Wherever possible our drinks are organic and fairly traded. We stock local James White juices and Rock's cordials, Equal Exchange coffees as
well as over 20 varieties of Clipper teas from fruit to white teas.
Dry goods and Staple
We stock an incredible 150 lines of organic dried fruit, pulses, rice, flours and oils in various sizes to meet your needs.
Our selection has been finely tuned over the years to incorporate choices for all diets and palettes.
Treats!
Along with a great selection of organic fairtrade chocolate and sweets, we also
stock the exceptional chocolates of Oriol Balaguer, world-class chocolatier
and former pastry chef of El Bulli, as well as a wide range of other treats
including the wonderful Green & Black's chocolates.
We're well stocked to supply your every need. And if we don't have what you are looking for we will do our best to source
